I had the most exciting experience of my poker career last weekend and it’s taken me a few days to digest it all. I had so many firsts!! You’re not going to believe it unless you read on. I woke up last Saturday to prepare for day 1 of the new Trailblazer Tour Title event. While getting my mind and body ready, I manifested that I was going to bag 1,050,000 chips to take with me to day 2. You’re not going to believe it but I bagged 1,055,000 chips!! Wow!! With 154 or the 1943 entries left, I headed to day 2 with a top 20 stack. As I prepared my mind and body, I manifested and visualized making the final table. I recalled winning a smaller tournament just two weeks prior. I made the final table of a $1M Gtd tournament!!! Double WOW!!! That set the stage for Monday night. The final table live on YouTube, lights, cameras, and $211k+ to the winner. After a long day of work I went hard on the peloton to try to sweat out the anxiety. Why was I anxious? IDK, but the nerves were poppin. I went to do a meditation and manifestation session to calm down and visualize winning my first big event. In the end, I played really well at times and made some mistakes that cost me the victory. But wait, there’s more to this story!! I set a goal after the WSOP last summer to make a final of a large event. ✅ I set a goal to have my first 5 figure cash. ✅ I set a goal to have over $100k in cashes. ✅ In one weekend, I achieved so much and got to share it with so many friends in the room and on YouTube! Plus I got to cheer on my friend @PokerMallory she took it down. We said it’s got to be one of us and I’m happy it was her!! There are so many that supported me this weekend and the last two years as I’ve taken on this challenge to be a better, more consistent poker player. It started with @pokerface_ash_ and @faustovaldez 2.5 years ago. And now I’ve got a huge group of friends on this journey for whom I’m grateful to know.
