Fieldwork is under way! MCCRA team members from @uniessexgovt @EssexLang_Ling and @ODI_Global are currently in Cameroon, interviewing a variety of residents to get their perspectives on language and conflict. It's a really important case. Our @ESRC project continues!

The MCCRA team had a great meeting today, planning research and impact. Fieldwork, data analysis, stakeholder meetings, and more. Mapping the connections between language, conflict, and conflict resolution. ⚠️🗣️🕊️ We'll let you know what we find. Keep watching this space!

Now that it is basically official, we are happy to share that we won a large @ESRC grant of 2.5 million GBP(!) - with a fabulous team of colleagues in Cameroon, DRC, Mozambique, Nigeria & Uganda, and of course @uniessexgovt, @EssexLang_Ling, and @ODI_Global.
