Over 50 trials have concluded that motorcycle access in bus lanes is safe. How much evidence does the Government need? In contrast, no trial has ever been conducted to determine if pedal cycle access is safe, yet pedal cycle access is the Government's default position.

On 4th December, the Transport for London Board signed off the recommended motorcycle charges for the Silvertown and Blackwall Tunnels. MAG claims that the interests of London’s motorcyclists have been swept in the bin.

TfL have today made their decision on usercharges for Silvertown and Blackwall Tunnels. They state "We have considered all feedback to the consultation." Motorcycle charges will be as originally proposed. Full MAG comment to come.

Leeds and Bradford MAG will fight Leeds City Council’s underhanded motorcycle parking policy changes. The Council announced plans to charge for car parking whilst neglecting to mention that plans cover motorcycles too.
