Beyond his work with MAD, Cam has had a remarkable career. Before founding Four Pillars Gin, he represented Australia at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics as part of the 4x400m relay team, showcasing his dedication and excellence on the world stage.

“I have always loved being a part of MAD and contributing wherever I can. I love the direct impact MAD makes for its beneficiaries and how the extended network of volunteers just makes it all happen.”

This extraordinary initiative provided crucial financial support, ensuring that MAD could continue its vital work during one of the most difficult periods in recent history.

Cam’s support for MAD was especially evident during 2020 and 2021. At a time when many organizations were struggling, Cam stepped in and crafted the special edition MAD Foundation Four Pillars of the Community Gin.

Cam’s involvement with MAD began back in 2001, long before he ever thought of founding a gin distillery. From MAD’s inception, he eagerly engaged the Yarra Valley Wine Community, securing donations of wines and auction items from Wolf Blass, Sticks Wines, and Punt Road Wines.
