Went to @hmvtweets Manchester Arndale . Great assistant called Terry really helped me lots . I bought Robin Trower album ( remastered ) I’m delighted with it and UFO - No Heavy Petting .. found my albums easily . I recommend using #HMV #Arndale #Manchester 🎶🎼🎵

@LynneWebster Hi Lynne, that's great to hear! If your usage will now be less, then your meter readings should reflect this and after a month or two of these, your predicted usage should decrease - meaning your recommended Direct Debit will, too. I've replied to your DM. ^Garry

Makes no sense that @OVOEnergy want to put my direct debit up as they “forecast” that my useage will be more. I now have a combi boiler so I won’t be using electric anymore .MindBoggles

@OVOEnergy how dare you put my direct debit up to 59.00 when I use nowhere near that . Put it back to what it was otherwise I’m going on trust pilot what you do . I’m not even in a contract with you . I do not authorise any inflated direct debits
