It can be scary being on the neonatal unit. Can you imagine being on the neonatal unit, but being unable to communicate with the staff due to a language barrier?

Today we launched finger print access on NICU. It enables parents to come and see their baby whenever they wish without needing to wait at the door for it to be opened by a member of staff. #NICU #ficare #tinylives @NewcastleHosps
