@JANEDART5 Yes walking in sunshine is good but not all ppl absorb the suns rays well. Adequate levels of cholesterol are needed.

@JANEDART5 4000 IU's daily but it would be good if u knew what your levels are now. If they are below that I would be increasing the daily recommendation
