We are so excited for millions of Americans living with lymphedema to finally have coverage for compression garments and supplies. This coverage will provide the most comprehensive care available to patients.
Starting January 1st, the Lymphedema Treatment Act signed into law by @POTUS will go into effect- improving insurance coverage of doctor-prescribed compression supplies for the treatment of lymphedema, tissue swelling often caused by cancer or by cancer treatment.
