@kraftcheese your products are always great and fresh. So, this happened and I'm not sure why. The seal is still in tact and it came from the refrigerator like that. Do I take this back to the store or is this a Kraft concern? Please help!

@WilliamsSonoma My husband bought some sticky paws and literally changed his mind and bought them back with 20 minutes and was told he couldn't return them, despite the packaging being completely in tact. He literally didn't even take them out of the bag.
