It's not just weight class. People need to understand this. Even in equal weight say 150 lbs woman vs 150 lbs man. The male strength vs female bone and tissue tensile strength is insurmountable. Men's grip strength alone is enough to crack and break female bone and tear female muscle and rip female tendons. If a 150 lbs man can do one armed pull ups do you understand what that means?
