I create a lot of stretch between my foot and back shoulder. I also let my hips fire first and whip the rest of my body through the zone as well as shallowing out my barrel to be in the zone for longer @CoachG_MD @omarino_13 @lokationnation @Brady_Policelli @Wow_Lions @GUCoachT
