A light at the end of the tunnel may be visible in 2025 for Myanmar's anti-junta resistance movement. As of 2025, the junta controls less than 50% of the country and the resistance is gaining. Here's hoping that this is the culminating spring of the Spring Revolution.

@sheehanj920 @NUGMyanmar With China weighing in behind the junta, the US urgently needs to offset this weight. My fear is that, absent greatly expanded US support and diplomatic backing, China and other regional actors will push for a deal that shortcuts the Spring Revolution and preserves the Tatmadaw.
