It is with great sadness that Darlene and I reflect on the tragic accident in the Bedford Basin, which claimed the life of a Royal Canadian Navy sailor. On behalf of all Nova Scotians, I offer my condolences to the Canadian Armed Forces & loved ones affected by this loss.
