No, I think you're failing to realize Twitch settled with Doc outside of court with an NDA and paid out his full contract. IF the accusations are true, this would mean Twitch knew about the illegal activity and DID NOT report it (which is illegal). Instead they protected him with

you're right. Midnight Society was some how able to break his NDA settlement with Twitch and found everything. Their investigation of no evidence got him.
