@iPhara_ @MandieLoweSA Nearly everywhere in the US has better safety than even the best areas of Europe. You hear of shootings but they all exist in the high-black areas in Dem controlled cities. There are also rich black areas (Ladera heights in LA) where safety is also good. Crime is concentrated.

@mphejakuja @Joao_Tex @Recon1_ZA For land to have value, it must produce cashflow. The land expropriated in the past, produced negative cashflow. Loans based on such land would quickly become insolvent, subject to foreclosure. Good luck with that.
