@3scorciav @CSProfKGD @abby621 @BoqingGo I don't think this is something we, ICCV'23 PCs, can now do retrospectively. The review process is over. Authors, reviewers, ACs should all have been informed in advance if their reviews were going to be made public. Something for PCs of future conferences to consider.
