It is with great sadness we learn of the sudden passing of our colleague John Gannon. John dedicated 40 years of his life to the Ambulance Service with a number of these as an Assitant Chief. Our condolences to his family Ann, Colm and Sean.

Today our operations centre received reports of a vehicle fire with possibility of occupants. NEOC dispatched one of our #Paramedic & Advanced Paramedic crews assisted by Motorbike response Unit, Rapid Response Vehicle and @FireWicklow Service Thankfully there were no injuries.

This week one of our #Paramedic/AP crews responded to an RTC involving a cyclist. Our crew responded, stabilised serious injuries on scene, initiated advanced care en route & transported the patient to an awaiting Trauma team in <27 mins from the time of injury! Well done guys!
