If DOGE is an aspect of the govt, then surely it would be "fully transparent and accountable to the people", by releasing internal communications and the names of staffers. If your response is that it's not an aspect of the govt, then why is it accessing payments systems?
All aspects of the government must be fully transparent and accountable to the people. No exceptions, including, if not especially, the Federal Reserve.
