Turning ideas into investor-ready startups. Practical stuff and honest feedback. Can’t promise success, but I'll make your entrepreneurial path less painful 😝

Thank you! I’m currently taking a sabbatical year in Italy. My background is in startup studios, but right now, I’m not focused on any major projects—which finally gives me the time to be more active here and work on my personal brand. That said, I’m still deeply involved in the startup world. I mentor at several accelerators (Techstars, Web3X, etc) and run training programs in partnership with startup institutions like Bridge for Billions, Startup Avenue (Volcano Summit), and others. I’ve also just started building my own startup community (link in bio if you want to check it out). So yeah, I pretty much live and breathe startups 😄 What are you up to?

If I were to start a startup today, I’d focus on solving a problem at the intersection of global impact and scalable technology. There are countless exciting opportunities, but one that stands out to me is personalized education in the age of AI. Education remains one of the largest yet most rigid systems—it was built for the industrial era, not the digital one. Despite technological advances, we still teach millions of people the same way, ignoring individual learning styles, interests, and pace. This not only limits potential but also perpetuates inequality. Imagine an AI-driven platform that adapts to how each person learns, creating truly personalized educational experiences. A digital mentor that doesn’t just teach, but guides, motivates, and adjusts content in real time. And this isn’t just for kids—adults need reskilling for the future of work, too. The impact would be massive. Beyond the market opportunity (which I believe is enormous), this is deeply personal for me. I started my career as a college teacher, and now, as a parent, I see firsthand the challenges of modern education with my two kids. The system is outdated, and tech-driven personalization could be the key to unlocking true learning potential. Of course, it’s not an easy path—there are technical, ethical, and implementation challenges—but solving them would mean building something that’s not just profitable, but transformative. And to me, that’s the kind of startup worth building.

@zoshweb3 I mean, the landing still needs to do its job (explain the value prop and convert) but yes, it’s the path, not the destination!

How do you know if you’ve hit Product-Market Fit? 🤔 Sean Ellis’ test is one of the simplest ways: ask your users, “How disappointed would you be if this product no longer existed?” If 40%+ say “very disappointed”, you’re likely at PMF. Below that? You’ve got work to do. Why 40%? At that threshold, your product isn’t just nice-to-have—it’s a must-have with strong demand and retention. But running the test right matters: - Survey active users - Avoid leading questions Even if you don’t hit 40%, the feedback is gold. Fix feature gaps, improve UX, or reposition your product. And remember—PMF isn’t a single number. Combine this test with retention, referrals & NPS to see the full picture. Had you heard about it before? Have you tried it? What were your results?
