@PadreJB It looks like a fresh cut after the initiation ceremony from the Sepik region of PNG 🇵🇬. They use razor blade to make scars on the chest and back, symbolising the bumps on the crocodile's back. It's an initiation ceremony of the male folks from that region. See the image below
