@ClueHeywood Nvm I had it confused for a second with North Central Sports Bar which is also on Northern. Been away from Phoenix too long. Dave’s is great along with its sister bars in Glendale.

@ian_t_adams Correct. We also acknowledge on pg. 22 that if we adjusted the RFCS to allow for low levels of hands on physical force the number of escalated incidents would drop to 31 cases. Ultimately, we are talking about very small, albeit important, instances of escalation.

@ian_t_adams We acknowledge how the RFCS we used can be adjusted in future work as well. Ultimately, this study was a unique opportunity to apply a rigorous methodology (SSO) with recorded officer-citizen interactions to come closer to measuring an ambiguous concept (proportionality).
