I had a great weekend competing at the 113th Drake Relays. I ran in the D-Med, 4x800, and the 800m.
D-Med- 5th with 3:29.84 (New School Record, with a 1:54.69 800m split)
4x800- 6th with 8:08.05 (New School Record, and a 1:57.11 split)
800m- 1:55.68 (New Pr and School Record)

I had an amazing outing at the 2024 IATC Indoor Championships this past week. Winning and breaking our 4x800 relay meet record by 8 seconds and winning as well as also breaking my 800 meet record by 3 seconds with a time of 1:58.90! As a team, we placed 2nd! Extremely proud to be

The first 800m race back from the State Meet was a success at the 2023 AAU District Qualifying Meet at Shorewood Wisconsin. I took 1st place with a time of 1:57.54 and will be competing at Grandview University in Des Moines Iowa on July 1st for the Regional Finals.

I had a great day at the IATC Indoor Championships. I competed in the 4x800, 800, and 4x400 my placings were the following. 1st in the 4x800 with a new meet record (2:01 spilt), 1st in the 800 with a 2:01.45 which was also a meet record, and 2nd in the 4x400 (51sec lead off leg)

Took first place today at the AAU Iowa District Track Meet and will be competing in 3 weeks in Minneapolis, Minnesota for a chance to punch my ticket to the National Championships for the second year in a row!

After an amazing 1st season of XC with these amazing guys that I get to call teammates I am blessed to say that I will be competing at the Iowa High School State XC Meet. I qualified individually as I placed 12th with another huge PR of 17:15 and as a team we placed 3rd overall.

After having a few days to reflect I want to say thank you to everyone who made my first XC season worth while! I finished 49th at the Iowa High School CC Meet with a time of 17:31 and as a team we placed 6th overall. I started the year with a pr of 18:27 and dropped to a 17:15.
