@TabithaPsych Keep calm. Make sure you have time away from it as otherwise you will find it hard to decipher what is what! Set your self small goals to keep you towards that final submission goal. Good luck!

@DrJas_Cheung This is a really tricky one.I’ve had this with a previous colleague and disputed it with the journal, but frustratingly they didn’t care. In the end I let it go, so decided to pick my battles. I’d possibly bring it up with the resident to work out their reasoning. Hard though!
