Hi, I’m Marty Grizzanti, a real estate investor based in Upstate New York. I’m a partner at Suplex Properties, a residential and commercial development company that has flipped over 150 houses since 2017 and now focuses on acquiring large industrial properties. We currently own over 100,000 square feet, with a goal of reaching 1,000,000 square feet by 2027. Our strategy is to cold call and mail retiring business owners who own industrial properties. It works. I also host The Marty Grizzanti Show and run the Upstate NY Real Estate Investors Association, where I connect with and support fellow investors looking to grow in the industry.
