Finance leaders need to step aside. Let their team members shine in front of senior leaders. And let them deal with higher-complexity tasks. Sure, you'll be taking some more risk but it's a great way to develop the team, agree?

Planning and Strategy are often misaligned. Finance needs to do better at getting everyone on the same page.
