@DrKristieLeong Now, that's fascinating I wanted to turn my rural house into a casual spa with therapists leasing specific areas by the day / hour to run their dance & yoga classes / art programs. / shiatsu / watsu etc I'd 1) collect rent & 2) do counselling on the deck of my glassed-in pool
