SEO is HARD. There's 100s of ways to mess up & piss Google off. Especially if you mess with EEAT. Here's how to make Google "happy"...not "mad". And 30 EEAT mistakes to avoid. (Oh, make sure to follow @samythll as well. He's the genius behind this graphic.)

How to Optimize for AI (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.) • Rank well on Google & Bing. AI models pull data from these sources. • Don’t block AI crawlers. • Avoid heavy client-side JavaScript rendering. While Google can process (some) JavaScript, LLM's (and their crawlers) can't. • Optimize for answering questions. Include clear FAQs, People Also Ask sections, and direct answers. • Use schema markup where it adds context: FAQ, How-To, and entity-based schema help with featured snippets. • Write conversationally. Target long-tail, natural language queries with a clear Q&A structure. • Structure content for easy summarization: short paragraphs, bullet points, and numbered lists. • Monitor AI visibility with tools like Mangools AI Grader or by testing prompts on ChatGPT and Gemini. • Optimize for Bing specifically, since ChatGPT pulls from Bing results. • Use social signals. Engage on Reddit, Quora, and Twitter as some of these LLMs are trained on their data. This is fun! I'm digging deep for more AI hackity hacks soon!

@TaylorHoliday @drewfallon12 @Lioranpi Digital products and services won't face these problems, but for some industries (marketing, PR, etc.) it may get ugly, because of the lack of capital to invest in growing the businesses. What are your thoughts on this?

i have built 4 startups read these 21 rules i learned with pain: #1 the first task is to validate your idea if you don't, you'll probably lose time and money #2 choose your cofounder wisely the wrong cofounder will make your startup fail look for those with aptitude, high agency & similar commitment #3 think big, make small steps always think global & start in a small niche in a global market #4 the best tech cofounder is a fullstack dev you don’t need a team of devs to build your mvp just one fullstack dev is enough #5 landing pages are a scam the “wish gap” may kill you one thing is being interested, another thing is being willing to pay spoiler: your first 100 sales will be offline and founder-lead #6 bootstrap raising capital is hard. raising capital without traction is harder you may spend months trying it with no success / instead, build your mvp, get traction and then go for investors when you have traction investors will chase you #7 don’t hire until pmf if the founding team can’t do the job to make the startup take off, then it’s the wrong team nevertheless, if you need to hire, hire a “doer” / managers don’t get their sh!t done #8 learn if you are a tech guy, learn marketing, distribution & sales if you are a marketing guy, learn to code it pays off #9 distribution is more important that your mother you can sell a sh!tty product with good marketing but you can’t sell a great product without marketing a lesson here #10 being user centric it’s not about you but the user / always #11 networking may be a scam build a great network / but the right network you will waste your time if you network with farmers while building a health tech startup #12 don’t forget about seo seo is a pull traction channel that works well in advanced stages but it takes time to get results, so start with seo now #13 get your sh!t done as founder you only have this task do first the tasks that will drive the highest roi #14 hustle culture is a scam focus on productivity & efficiency instead of hours #15 be jealous with your time avoid meetings with clear schedules and outcomes most phone calls can be replaced by an email or text message #16 time or money if you want to be an entrepreneur you need time or money better if you have both you can’t build anything without investing one of them #17 stay away from paid ads paid ads are a bad idea at early stage you will get low quality leads #18 write on 𝕏 every f4cking day you need to build authority & brand recognition it applies to your personal brand & your startup #19 always charge for your product the best validation is your customer’s money free trials are hard to convert and may cheat you about your product validation #20 discipline beats everything if you want to have a chance to succeed you need discipline one brick per day is a game changer #21 take care of your health your mental and physical health are important be aware of burnout

@garethaboyd The line is as thin as it could be. I think that it is okay to promote your biz when it adds value to a conversation. I mean, don't you talk about your business when you are meeting someone and think you could be of help? By the way: visit: - 😂🤣

@Ldnbox Upwork is broken. Fiverr is implementing so many changes that are lowering budgets to ridiculous amounts. Hence, they get lots of one-time buyers that never come back.
