@JB4t00n @PaulaThe1 @Claressashields Two years ago Jonas (WBC/IBF/WBO/Ring) and Harper (WBA) had all the belts at 154. Shields was P4P No.1 and Lineal champ at 154. Team Shields made an offer to Jonas, which was declined. Soon afterwards, Jonas and Harper dropped back down in weight.
