I definitely needed a wake up call before my last race of the season this week ✨ Also a massive congrats to @BFTTA for organising a great meet today, it was such great fun! Up next: @GoldenGalaDL 😆 (my good luck charm stadium)
@LinaFJNielsen who ran in Olympics in 400 hurdles and 4x4 and has set numerous PBs in 2024. Today at Lee valley she runs 200m in 23.02w (2.7) --her pb is 23.11 and @Laviai has run 23.26.
