With something important coming up my subconscious likes to dream of the worst case scenario resulting in poor sleep. So, even though I look calm and collected I’m actually sleep deprived and stressed on the inside.. My brain is refusing to wake up so I’m going for a run 🏃🏻♀️

@sams_usa My Grandmother passed away following a cardiac catheterisation in Damascus. It was thought to be due to a Heparin overdose in ICU and we never got a formal report.. it breaks my heart that I was away and wasn’t there for her. Praying for better healthcare in Syria
