Growing up in the suburbs of Sao Paulo, Brazil, I discovered my passion for technology at a young age but didn’t dream that it would lead me to where I am today as CEO of @bumble. At 12 years old, I won a scholarship to take a course in computer programming, and my dad and I began collecting parts to build a computer of my own. I went on to earn my degree in Computer Science at the University of Michigan on a scholarship, become a software engineer, and always aim to go bold. My personal journey makes me wholeheartedly believe in uplifting women around the world so they can reach their full potential and thrive in leadership positions in tech and other industries. I am honored to lead @bumble, a company dedicated to empowering women, including through our partnerships like the 2024 Next Movers Program with @VitalVoices.
