Woke up to the sad news of my old friend and foe Ricky Hatton having passed away. To say I'm shocked would be an understatement. I had just spoken to him a couple of months ago and he seemed in great spirits. Extremely sad. Sending condolences to all his family and loved ones😔

Common sense, so of course, it will be ignored.
My preferred structure would be keep £100 as the default but then allow individuals to opt to increase or decrease their maximum transaction limit as they choose, with the firm setting the highest maximum people can choose within that.

Not normal. I’m afraid putting a few high tax fanatics in the room for the budget won’t garner confidence in the UKs financial management (or lack of). A reckoning is coming unless someone quickly gets a grip of spending. Or, someone fires up the printing presses again 🤔
