Rugby player Ian Tucker - who died in 1996 at 23 - revealed as Australia’s first diagnosed case of #CTE. Brain study was published anonymously in 1999. Turns out he died of second-impact syndrome playing for Oxford. Had a #concussion ten days earlier.
