Just had my last session with my psychologist and have been discharged! She’s very happy with my progress and my mental health, depression and anxiety scores are so much better than when I started. Feeling very proud I stuck with it and super chuffed with how far I’ve come ☺️

The GOOD NEWS is that I just secured a contract that will pretty much guarantee my visa - the final obstacle to full-time life in sunny Spain.
After so much loss, pain and trauma I can’t even begin to express what this means.

Well it happened folks. I just got my 3 year visa for Spain. I cried a lot. But it was loss and sadness that came out. Some of the stuff I’ve been holding in for so long. I’m sure I will feel celebratory tomorrow.

Just had a very difficult conversation with my mum about my complex ptsd and the role she played in it. Very tearful but she was brave and heard me for the first time in my life I think. Healing hurts but I’m so glad we broached this.
