They need incentives to drive them out of their homes to the arcade to spend money to even play the game by the minute. This is the biggest issue Arcade faces - cannibalizing its own players from itself. How do they stop that? UNIQUE CONTENT. Give the player a new reason to play.

Theres a-lot more to this as well - but this is simple economics. Yeah FGO makes a fuck-ton of money but they aren’t going to keep a sinking ship afloat forever. Eventually if these exclusives stop working- they might pull the plug on Arcade. I for one hope that doesn’t happen.
