@BasedMikeLee Well there was that federal judge who took it upon himself to defy the treasury secretary access to his office after appointment by the POTUS and approval by the U.S. Congress. That's a crisis and willful violation of his oath; it's time to start impeaching some of these judges.

@Chicago1Ray @SpeakerJohnson Absolutely, this rogue judge is flouting the law willfully. As a federal judge he knows better than anyone he is violating the separation of powers.

In keeping with the Constitution's strategy of spreading things around... in addition to impeachment it should be possible to bring a suit against a sitting judge from either the President or three officers of the court in good standing for repeated failure to recuse, repeatedly ruling in a manner inconsistent with the Constitution, the People, or the State. A grand jury drawn from a randomly selected different district decides and the standard is 'to the jurors discretion.' The case is presided by the Supreme court justice who oversees that district, the only appeal is to the full supreme court who should only overrule the People's jury in "extreme and exceptional circumstances."

This is a blatant violation of the separation of powers. Obviously an emergency stay should be requested but in the meantime they shouldn't stop anything in response to this order. The POTUS and the Senate authorized the treasury secretary to run his department and he shouldn't blink short of an order from the Supreme Court.
