Why is anyone other than the citizens of Gaza responsible for taking care of them? We take care of pets and livestock as there is means of self sufficiency for them. They have had decades to better themselves, build an economy, etc., but instead bombs took precedent.

Notice that there is never any video after the big flash and boom. That type of RPG does no damage to heavily armored tanks such as these. The chance of penetrating modern tanks with a RPG are very small. These look like, at best 80MM RPGs. Maybe a 110 MM tandem or 125MM could.
