I read your post, I understand their stance. This embrace is still inappropriate. She essentially straddled her son. Maybe she didn't learn the difference between appropriate and inappropriate behavior when she was young. Regardless, I understand it was an innocent gesture.

Republicans didn't come up with the chant. During a racing event, the crowd was chanting, "F*CK JOE BIDEN!" and a woman conducting an interview ran cover and said they were chanting, "Let's go Brandon!". Hence the meme.
