@GayRepublicSwag Late 2014, early 2015. To my friend Andrew, I used the phrase "the regressive left" to describe the the identity politics, especially gender identity politics, that had begun making the left seem absolutely insane.

@ilovepreserves It may be disgusting hypocrisy, but it's a genuinely valid point. Labeling cis as a slur is the WORST thing you could possibly do to productive public dialogue on the topic. Banning people for disagreeing is wrong, no matter which side does it.

@Isaac_de_Tormes BUT "sinner" and "heretic" AREN'T SLURS. It would be madness to treat Christians as if they were using slurs for using those terms. Same for cis.
