@william_xiao07 Alphafold 3 wasn’t able to predict this structure yet! But our structure was also part of this years CASP16 competition so it will be interesting to see how the modelers did!

@ozalabCP Yes!! There have been a few attempts to use them for RNA therapeutics ( and to visualize RNA decay intermediates ( - but keep in mind that xrRNAs will protect de-capped RNAs!
