My parents owned their own business for 20+yrs. Worked 15+hrs, 6 days/wk with no paid vacations or health insurance.
I’ll keep my current 6.5wks/yr of PTO. And when I’m off at 5. I’m OFF at 5. No customers or emergencies calling.
