@GWRHelp I'm trying to claim using Delay Repay for a delayed journey today. Do you have any idea how complicated it is using your website. Surely claiming should be as easy as paying you.

@Cardiffbus where is the 19:54, 27 bus from Kingsway? Was showing on the display and vanished leaving us to wait a further 30 mins.

@Cardiffbus I'm waiting at birchwood xroads, 2 x 27's have gone past us saying set down only. I've finally got on a23 but there are literally hundreds of children waiting at subsequent bus stops who clearly won't be getting home anytime soon.

@Cardiffbus so far I've waited 45 mins on Caerphilly road for a 27 into Cardiff that's supposed to come every 15 mins. Lucky that 4 have gone the other way and eventually will come back this way.
