@neurotheory Very interesting and inspiring work! I am wondering whether it is necessary to check whether the head->body segment1->body segment2->...body segment n form a Markov chain, as that seems to be the pre-requisite for applying D.P.I argument (Fig 2c)? @neurotheory

@LecoqJerome Great explanation. One naive question: So F0 subtraction removes these two perturbation sources, but these two still exist in F0 and will be introduced back to the calculation by the division/normalization step later?
