Hi guys relapsing recovery was not for me
Hi guys I know I said this like a thousand times already but I canβt handle this anymore. After almost 3 years of a constant binge-restrict cycle Iβm trying to take recovery seriously and actually lose weight healthy. I know a huge step of recoveryβ¦
