Please folx, remember that RELAXATION is only often a side-effect of trance and not a requirement. Slapping someone into trance is a thing (among other vigorous activities) and people do themselves a disservice by constantly using relax as a must.

Relaxation isn't a requirement for trance. Trying to relax or being told to relax doesn't tend to work well for analytical people.
Luckily there are other methods, which, if tailored specifically to the subject work really well for analytical people 🙂
