Good morning ☀️ I have been taking a much needed break from X. It does a body good! Too much noise and bickering here. Too each their own, but to me it gives no joy or peace. Wasted time on those you will never even meet irl. I may be asking for some help with networking / connections from all of you. @TuckerPoodleMA People need to understand it is one bird two wings. Same bird. With all this being disclosed many will see just how bad both parties are and how they robbed taxpayers to make themselves wealthy. Huge wake up call.

@JohnDParody I use an inversion table. It really helps to elongate the spine but gently. Word of caution, start slow and always have someone nearby. At least until you get use to the dynamics. It is very possible to get stuck in an inverted position. Don’t ask how I know 😂
