Looking to keep family entertained over February half term? 🐴 ‘Gee Up Neddy’ Tues 18 Feb. Drop in and create your own horse puppet! 🧵Have-a-Go Leathercraft Thurs 20 Feb. Create a small leather purse, drop-in. Both 10.30am-12.30pm & 1.30-3.30pm. £1.50. No need to book.

Workers at Edward Price Ltd in South Street, Caldmore in 1969 ‘toggling’ leather. This kept the leather taut whilst drying and prevented creasing during the currying process (the method of dressing leather after it’s been tanned.)
