@adamcifu When I call a patient after hours and tell them "I've been thinking more about...." they know we're human and not Robots.... that's why they trust us and want their doctor involved in the decision making process. That's the difference between a doctor and a provider.....

@USAA what kind of service is this? For over two weeks the auto body shop has been waiting for you to respond to their communication about the damage that they found. Two weeks! Now you want to send an independent assessor! As a member for over 30 years this is awful service!
