With respect to the latter, both Arabs and Jews perpetrated atrocities against each other. Haganah was a response to the 1929 massacre of jews in Hebron, including many children.

Look, I don't practice much employment law, but I'm 99.999% confident that an employer should refrain from doing this.
Some of the texts Kanye sent a Jewish employee before firing her after she complained to her manager. She is now suing him for wrongful termination, discrimination, breach of contract etc.
