This is one of the many problems of having this issue determined on a state-by-state basis. Will be used by those who really want a nationwide ban.

@tmb237 Hutchinson's defense gave up 62 points in 2018, 56 points in 2019, and waved the white flag in 2020. The lone win in 2021 was much more about his team's offense and stolen signals than it was about defense.
